Correlating & Wanting Experience
From the last post, it was quickly written and took some terms for granted. The main driving point was that within any moment in time, we can analyze/digest the moment from an ethical/aesthetic perspective looking back to what its analysis/perspective is comprised of: logic, metaphysics, reflections and epistemology. The order is based on what we see when the ethical/aesthetic looks back or from within.
The ethical first sees logic. From the logic, the metaphysics, reflection and epistemology are deduced. This understanding is spirited by nature. Within the spirit of nature we can discern our “own” (or Stirner’s own) spirit. Insofar as we can discern we are ethical. Insofar as we can understand we can logic. Beyond the ethical is our aesthetic judgment. Which introduces otherwise indeterminate subjectivity. The aesthetic is only understood through individual logic. Aesthetic is determinate if the logic is shared. But if the logic is shared, there is less individuality and more community. Community is formed from a synchrony of various individual logic. An autonomous/free-moving individual logic may break the community’s synchrony (for the better or worse).
Critical thinking is when you break the synchrony within yourself and can switch between various rhythms. Each rhythm enters the same universal spirit but each creates a unique synchrony as time goes by.
We can change the vocabulary we’re using and say synchrony is conclusion. Each moment can be made synonymous with any conclusion. The conclusion seals the moment and hardens all participating elements: aesthetic, ethics, logic, metaphysics, reflective, epistemic.
These words are synchronous within you. Synonymously, these words have conclusion for you. The conclusion is at atom that can be explored, discarded, used to build.
As an animal, we share moments with other animals. Spectrums of sentience and consciousness. The distinction is that we can crtitically use the moments on themselves to build curious, creative moments made possible by the individual re-working the moments we’re given. Continuously through our lives.
Logic establishes identity, so it’s the core investigation. Faith, however, allows a reworking of metaphysics without necessarily knowing the logic/simultaneously creating the logic.
Going back to the terms I wanted to explore further, each moment has in it certain inherent features: correlation, experience and want.
Experience - Correlation - Want = Meditation
Correlation + Want - Ego - Society = Universal Consciousness
Correlation + Want - Ego = Societal Consciousness
Correlation + Want - Society = Autonomous Ego
Correlation + Want + Society’s Critical Thinking = Your Ego
Correlation + Want + Ego’s Critical Thinking = Societal Consciousness (this one is controversial because this leads to individualism but also a response/threat to what we colloquially understand as the dominating social consciousness; a developed dominating social consciousness should entertain opposing views for greater strength/diversity). The math works different in a closed society vs an open society; less certainty, more possibilities. Requires individuals to admit uncertainty/have faith in others (dangerous).
Understanding is a medium we can break and recreate. For example, irony. But it can be taken further and new directions; eg ego death.
Existence, this right now you’re experiencing, is absolute Creation. Creativity is what is done in between moments. Existence synonymous with creation.
Defining the terms we started with trying to rework:
- Correlation — As moments pass (Hegel’s Spirits unfurled) we are revealed via the relationships that are made known by perspective. Evidence of the perspective is known by implication. If we chase this implication, we can study the perspective itself. Correlations precede and create our awareness simultaneously. Our analysis is inherent and temporal
- Inherent — Necessary and preceding
- Temporal — The validation of analysis is how it uses the moment to pragmatically “move” to the next moment.
2. Experience — Close your eyes and your vision is gone. Close your third eye and experience is gone.
3. Want — Want is a “direction” with the idealistic structures we depend on to validate experience. Although we can validate experience without “direction.” Politics involves precisely putting our own wants aside to validate the objective foundation of the state and to judge the actions of others. When we judge the action of other, our own bias can influence the direction taken but judgment can also be done in faithful synchrony with society’s rhythm irrespective of bias. But I have hard time believing that.
