Daredevil

Beware, the grass is greener

  • MF DOOM

Born alone, die alone no matter who your man is

  • King Geedorah

Daredevil

It’s an act of doing

To press yourself

Until the insides are on the outside

It’s like the daredevil

Whose insight gives sight

When sight is not

It’s an act of vulnerability

That heroes turns into a strength

Twisted circles until charitable irony gives meaning

On all sides

Each passing incremental moment converging into an indistinguishable wave

Made up of sensations that have already went

A conscious mind in the now

That collects foresight to know that

To lend your weight to any forethought is

Makes dogma and begging the question indistinguishable

A crutch

And yet

It’s what pushed us into making

The perceptible into fact

Facts into history

History into truth

Truth into law

Thus it’s this act

Of vulnerability

By expression

Elongating one’s neck under the guillotine

An act of faith

Worthy of knighthood
